Tested several places for application

It definitely works for relaxation and sleep. Degree of burn depends on where I apply it. Putting it on the front of my thighs right on top of the biggest part of my quad muscle, I get just the slightest sting. Applying to calves results in much more sting. Top of forearms has no sting at all.

Works Great!

I bought this product about 6 months ago. I would use it at night or if I was feeling anxious not everyday though. I hadn’t been getting good sleep for quite awhile, so I decided to start putting it on every night. I apply 2 sprays to the back of each calf and rub in real well and yes it did kinda burn at first for about the first week, but it does not burn now when I apply it. My sleep has improved drastically and within a half hour after applying the magnesium spray I’m feeling tired. I’m now getting 6-8 hrs straight sleep at night something I haven’t got in years. I would have broken sleep. I highly recommend this product.

Burns

Feels tacky and burns my skin. I added fractionated coconut oil and it still burned.
