Perfect for my weightloss journey

I had read so many good benefits for MCT oil and have wanted to add it to my routine for a long time. I’m not sure why it took me so long! It’s so easy to add to my morning protein shake or coffee. It gives me tons of energy and even though it’s a form of fat, it doesn’t feel heavy or gross and I don’t have any tummy issues digesting it. It’s a great way to add some healthy fats to my diet. I’ve been using this in my routine for a month now and have no complaints. I’ve been on a weightloss journey for the past year and I really think this is making a difference for me.

Pretty decent

I add this in my chocolate shakes or protein shakes/coffee before and after the gym. It has helped me stay focus and motivated, I have more energy to do things. 10/10

A great additive to my protein shakes!

This product is a great additive to my chocolate protein shakes that I mix with milk! It is a light syrup texture with a sweet taste of mocha that combines well within my daily drink. The thermogenics increases my workout routines and motivation to keep consistent with cardio and flexibility as for me, it makes my body a bit warmer and looser. It is also keto friendly for anyone who has specific dietary needs! I definitely enjoyed this product and using it and had nothing but good effects and taste from it. I have been gifted this product but this is my honest review.

Yummy Mocha

I have a serious issue when it comes to eating at night. I like to snack and not even realize it, so I would take a tablespoon of the oil and have a small snack like crackers and some cheese and realize this would help me keep my weight where I want it to be. The consistency of it was good and the bottle itself lasted a long time. The mocha flavor was perfect.
