delicious morning treat

Magic in a bottle!
First and foremost I love that this stuff has a great taste that is light and fresh! After a few weeks of usage I can see a difference in my body fat percentages which of course has made a difference in my appearance as well. I love this stuff!

Light taste & easy to take
The vanilla hazelnut flavor is very light tasting and easy to swallow even by itself, though I often add it to my coffee or protein shake. It mixes well on drinks and there's no adverse aftertaste. I notice that it helps me feel full longer and have less appetite. I took it with food and never on empty stomach to avoid loose stools.

Very effective
I am a huge fan of anything hazelnut, so when I saw this, I knew immediately I was going to love it. The best part about this oil is that it is very effective, I've been taking it every morning for about a month now and have noticed an increase in weight loss, it's also curbed my appetite and cravings quite a bit! The flavor is GREAT also! The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy about it myself, was the actual texture of the oil, I was taking it by itself, but luckily the flavor is so good, that the solution was easy, I simply added it to my morning wellness drink and smoothies. I will definitely continue using this for a long time!

Great Flavor
Was grateful to try this MCT oil out and finally enjoy the flavor! I like this in my morning coffee. It’s gives me not only a boost of energy but a boost of flavor. It’s a great addition to my health routine. No bloating like I used to get from flavored creamers.

Love this MCT oil!
