Finally the right dose
My doctor recommended 1-2 mg of melatonin, but all the stores around me sell 3-10 mg. This product has the best value for getting me good quality sleep without exacerbating my hypersomnia in the mornings.

Stomach Pain
I can’t use them. If you are sensitive to stomach issues I can’t recommend because there is 100mg of Niacin added to these which can cause GI pain. When trying to sleep this is not productive. Melatonin on its own will not cause this issue.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. In order to be compliant with labeling regulations, all Vitamin B3 ingredients must be listed as “Niacin”. The B3 form that is in this product is Niacinamide (also listed on the label). Niacinamide helps support the serotonin pathway that supports relaxation and sleep. This is different than Nicotinic acid which can cause the “Niacin flush”. May we suggest our Liquid Melatonin or Melatonin 3mg Veg Caps which do not contain any B3 vitamins.
