Vitamin B-12 is necessary for the production of energy from fats and proteins and is well known for its critical role in DNA synthesis, as well as in homocysteine metabolism. Methylcobalamin is the co-enzyme form of Vitamin B-12 that has been found to be especially critical in the maintenance of a healthy nervous system. Dietary sources are almost exclusively of animal origin (meat and dairy) and supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for strict vegetarians. Now Methyl B-12 is vegetarian/(non-animal derived).

highly recommend!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been taking this supplement for a few days already, i’m already in love with it. the tablet is small and sweet easy to melt inside your mouth! after take it a few day, i feel my body getting a bit better, i would definitely buy it again and highly recommend to everyone that want to buy it! good product!!

YUCK - Xylitol!!

Formula CHANGED! YUCK! Now contains xylitol with a chemical hypersweet taste. I was happy for years with the mildly sweet fructose & sorbitol formulation. AND the web page for the product does not show the current accurate ingredients. I'm looking for another brand.

Trusted Brand, Great Tasting Lozenge!

These are great, and I've been buying them a log time. I've gotten other brands from major super markets but their brands taste awful! I go out of my way to get the NOW brand. A little harder to track down, so I go right to the source, NOW online. I also get my NOW Vitamin D-3 here.

Energizing

My doctor prescribed Methyl B12 as a weekly injectable, but I was finished with needles and wanted to go the oral route. This product fills the bill. They taste good too!
