Great purchase

Working moms' helper!

I am a working mom of two little boys, stressed out is my state of being hahaha. I have heard a lot of good about ashwagandha and finally decided to give it a try. I am in love, let me tell you how I can just sit down at the end of the day and just relax and not have multiple things running through my mind. This is keeper moms!

Great ashwagandha supplement

I have always loved the benefits of taking ashwagandha. I used to take it as a chew but I think these capsules make it a lot easier for me to incorporate in my daily routine. I used to have to unwrap and eat two chews daily, but now I just have to swallow one of these with a meal every day and it's great. I take it for stress relief support.

Wow! This product is a game changer

I have been a huge fan of Ashwagandha for years ever since I started learning more about adaptogens. This has been one of my favourite products as it is something I can tell right away helps adjust my mood! This product from NOW supplements is great and I would go so far as to say this is one of my favorite products from them (tied with their b-12)This product really truly helps with stress and energy and has been a game changer first thing in the morning or before bed at night. I haven't noticed any side effects from this product either!

Better Sleep

The Ashwagandha Stress Relief has truly helped me get better sleep at night! I take it before bed as well as once during the day to help with my stress. I've been feeling more relaxed and less groggy when I wake up. I'm definitely getting higher quality sleep since taking this supplement!

Stress free

I have been dealing with a lot of stress, and have not been sleeping very well, but since using this product I have been feeling so much better. Plus the product is good for you, Egg free, Gluten free, nut free, soy free and Keto Friendly. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to get an edge on their stress level.
