Nutritional Yeast Flakes are produced from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is grown on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. This is a primary grown yeast and is therefore not a brewery by-product as is brewer's yeast. This ensures freedom from Candida albicans yeast.

Good but not a big fan!

I bought these in 2020 during the pandemic when I was trying to boost my nutrition. I didn't like them because I didn't like the taste, but they were a good quality.

Nutironal Yeast Flakes

I have buying this procuct for the last 6 years with satifaction. The last two bottles I bought is a mix of 50/50 flakes/powder. I do not like the powder for my uses on Tofu especially salads. That why the low review. I have sent two emals and message on FB with no reply. I figure they must have alot of powder to get rid of which is unfair to flake buyers.
