These gummies taste great and they work

I used to drink the bragg ACV to help with my cholesterol (LDL) but decided to try these metabolism gummy rings with ACV. I started taking these metabolism gummy rings with ACV a year ago/2024. In 2023 my LDL was 117, 2024 LDL was 115, this year July 2025 it is 100. Not only have these gummies help lower my LDL cholesterol level, it has also helped me lower my body fat. This is not a magic pill, so you will definitely have to change your diet/eat cleaner, workout, and take these gummies once a day to see results. I also take Olly's probiotic+prebiotic with these metabolism gummy rings in the morning before I eat breakfast. I'm a 45 year female, if that helps

Good taste bad side effects

The taste of the gummies was delicious. Unfortunately, the gummies caused me to have severe stomach cramping and diarrhea so I had to stop taking them.

Tastes Good - But be Careful!

I can't say whether or not this will actually make a huge difference in terms of appetite and such long term. It tastes really good, its kinda like apple juice or cider. However, a huge disclaimer: ladies be careful!! This will drop your iron, and it caused me to have really bad period cramps (which I'm prone to having if my nutrition is out of whack) so if you're taking this please watch your iron levels especially if you're already anemic. Giving four stars because it may work well for others, but my personal experience is that I can't take it often enough to see the results.

Big help on my weight loss journey

I’m on my second package of these and they have been so helpful. I take it in the morning and it’s been so much easier for me to stick to a non-excessive food regimen and have the energy to workout after a 10 hour work day. I frankly don’t really understand the science behind it, but I’ve definitely seen a difference in my food and exercise habits. Also, they taste really good lol.

I never lost weight so easily.

I’m 5’1 and I was pushing 170 pounds. I thought my goal weight was going to be 145 and after six months of taking the metabolism I reached a 32 pound weight loss. Weighing it at 135 pounds. I did use Weight Watchers point system just to make myself accountable but my regular daily activities seem to be enough exercise. I didn’t have to go to the gym or go out of my way to work out.
