Stopped using after 2 doses

These capsules causes severe constipation. Stopped taking them after 2 capsules.

Used for many years

Have used for years with no adverse effects as noted in other review. I am a 76 yr old female. Hard to tell when you have used so long….sort of afraid to stop using

2 serious side effects

Tried using it a few months ago, had bladder urgency and increased blood pressure. Stopped for a while to test it. Began using it again about 3 wks ago. Caused bladder urgency so bad, had to use protection. My blood pressure went from 120/70 to a dangerous 169/100. Would gove a negative rating, if possible
