Overall good prenatal

Great micronutrition profiles but does have a fishy taste. I like that it's only 3 capsules as opposed to some prenatals being >5 capsules. I don't think I would have been able to stomach this in 1st trimester based off taste.

Good for old folks, too!

I’m 64 years old. I started taking this multivitamin because I was tired of taking a handful of vitamins every day. I get everything I need in 3 gelcaps.
