I take Lisinopryl for my blood pressure, Tamosillin for my prostate and zolpidem tartrate to help me sleep due to insomnia. Due to side effects and its ineffectiveness I decided to get off Tamosillin. Even while taking the maximum dosage allowed I was still having to get up a go to the bathroom every hour and a half anyway. And I know from experience from having forgotten to take my pills on occasion that if I missed my pills by a mere 12 hours I would lock up and not be able to go at all. So I decided to get ahead of it and do what I could OTC. I did some research, read the reviews, checked Mens Health, Prostate Health, John's Hopkins and a few other research facilities and came up with the top ten things I can do by changing my diet and lifestyle and the best natural supplements I can take to help shrink things without a prescription. Realizing the investment in all those supplements individually and having to take 10 pills a day would be a strain in itself I researched some of the supplements already formulated for relief. I could tell right away that the top rated products on Google were paid marketing because the customer reviews were obvious. And Google was not being helpful finding out ingredients or amounts. Seemed to push the products they feature but if you want to see anything else you had to know exactly what it was and then still managed to push the featured products. Googles top rated featured product only had 3 of the 10 supplements listed in men's health and was very expensive. So I went rouge. I decided to try using an independent search engine thats not collecting data. Easiest one I found was StartPage. It let me seek out a prepared supplement with good reviews, the most ingredients on my top 10 list and best value. I ordered 2 bottles of this. Prostate Support by Now. I was very prepared to accept it was going to be a waste of money. I am very happy to post my very positive experience with product. Not only did it work, it works better than my prescription medicine did. Only had to get up twice last night and it was a nice steady stream. I felt it was important enough of a revelation for me I wanted to share in case any of my friends out there are fighting the same issues. I won't be so graphic to share the other benefits of not taking Tamosillin anymore. I've only been off it for a few days. But I will provide a clue. This morning I was woke up by an old friend I haven't seen in decades. I dont have anything to do with it but it makes you feel good it still works. One more thing... on the recommended dosage it says your allowed to take up to 2 pills twice a day as needed. I'm cheap enough I thought that was too much. So I started out taking 2 pills once a day. At that dosage it works just fine for me and I'm a larger guy. So,... if you're like me and your Tamosillin is not working like it used or the side effects are causing other things to not work like they used to... I'd ask you to use my experience and start here. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Capsules are too large
These capsules are almost too large to swallow...slightly longer than one each long. I'm sure there must be numerous customers who can't swallow them. You should put the contents of three capsules (one serving) into four or five capsules so they are easier to swallow. I may try to cut them in half, but I suspect that will be difficult and messy, or perhaps not possible without some special tool. I haven't taken them long enough to tell if the product works for me.

No waking up at night to pee!
I stopped taking Rx due to side affects. Was peeing 3-4 times a night. After starting Prostate Health I sleep through the night at least 6 nights a week!!
