I think it helps, my training session are very neurologically fatiguing, where it’ll take 3 days to recover. With this it cut it down to a day and half

Workout MUST HAVE

Good rest & less sore muscles

This works great after intense workout, I didn't woke up to crazy sore muscles! It has melatonin too so it helps with sleep. The capsule size is standard and there's no weird aftertaste or smell. I took 3 capsules as directed before bed and didn't experience any issue.

Best R&R Supplement Out!

I'd been having trouble sleeping for some time due to stress and other life factors. I began going back to the gym about a month ago after being completely out of shape, so I knew I was diving into what I thought would be a difficult and potentially painful journey. I found their new patent for HMB to be very interesting and really liked that it had also been clinically tested, although I was skeptical, I have to say I was beyond pleasantly surprised! I have barely had any soreness in my muscles post-workout, my sleep has GREATLY improved, I noticed a slight acceleration in the way my body was burning fat, and a noticeable decrease in my stress levels. I highly recommend it, what an amazing product!

Helps with Great Sleep!

I love how these have become a helpful part of my routine to ensure I get a great nights sleep. I also am experiencing less soreness from gardening, housework and other exercise. I feel much more energetic in the morning and have found I have an appetite in the am now whereas before I would wait a really long time and feel pretty icky.

I use this daily!

I love this product and have replaced my old melatonin with this one. It helps me fall asleep and helps speed up muscle recovery. It a very easy pill to take and I would highly recommend.
