Cacao with shades of flavors

I bought this June 2025. I use it daily for a cacao & unsweetened soymilk drink. First cup, I immediately noticed subtle notes of sweet, dark cherry & bilberry. These do not take away from the true chocolate taste at all. Fruit hints are brief - but make a delicious difference in the overall chocolate flavor & texture that my taste-buds love !
