Easy to take!
These pills are a good size and do not give any after taste. I have been taking to improve my cardiovascular health. I appreciate that only quality ingredients are used and there are not any addition fillers. A great option for Red Clover

Easy to use
The capsules are easy to take but have a bit of taste to them, so that was a little off putting. All in all a great traditional herb, with lots of benefits. i definitely notice that my mood is much more evened out along the span of my monthly cycle/ups and downs, which is great. I don’t like having to take so many though

I noticed some effects but I still have a cycle so I don't think it is the right supplement for me. I struggled a lot with the taste and I don't think it's something I could get past.
