Not good source

I have used this a while but now know it is actually a calcium carbonate calcium so is only 40% absorbable. That means 4 pills give you 400 mg of absorbed calcium!

Thank you for your feedback on the Red Mineral Algae. We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the product. Please don't be confused by the 'calcium carbonate' designation. This is a plant-derived form, not powder from a rock. Its solubility is much greater than the form in rocks due to a different structure, increasing the bioavailability and making it a premium form of calcium.
