Kick those cravings to the curve!

I started taking Relora about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been looking for a way to improve my cortisol levels seeing I’m 47yrs old and perimenopausal. I was having trouble with controlling my food cravings. With Relora I have found it to help kick those cravings to the curb! As for better sleep and improved energy, I have not seen any improvement since I’ve been taking the Relora. Maybe as time goes on Relora will help with those symptoms too.
