Pretty good so far!

NOW Foods SAMe 200mg has become a quiet staple in my routine. After a couple of weeks, I noticed I feel more balanced, less irritable, and my joints aren't as stiff. My secret weapon

I have been taking these for about a month and- wow! These really seem to help me feel my best, mentall. I often get brain fog and feel like a computer with many tabs open at once, but this helps my brain feel a bit more organized. I feel noticeably less irritable, as well. One of my favorite effects is that I feel more motivated to be productive, when I used to procrastinate more. II’m hoping this isn’t just a placebo effect but, either way, I’m getting the results I need! I’ve also noticed my knee doesn’t hurt as much anymore! The capsule is on the larger side but I can swallow it without any trouble with some water.
