Wheat substitute
As a very chemically sensitive person who is allergic to wheat and other foods, I have been forced to only consume a 100% organic foods diet. This is a delicious product which replaces other flours and cooks and bakes just like wheat flour. When I discovered that with my very limited diet, that I could consume organic tapioca flour with no reaction, I purchased a large order. The product which my family has consumed has been excellent, but for some reason NOW Health Group, Inc. has blocked me from purchasing more of this wonderful product now and in the future. I have been using NOW supplements for many decades, and have always found them to be of very high quality. I would love to be able to purchase more of this product in the future from NOW.

Fun experiment
The tapioca flour was an absolute fun experiments for me. I attempted to make Boba pearls, and I also learned that it make scrambled eggs 100% better.

Great Gluten free starch
I've been enjoying experimenting with this in the kitchen. This can be used in lots of recipes . i have used it perfect my cake recipes to give them a soft, tender texture. It's also really amazing for thickening oatmeal and any sauce as a starch to create a creamy and rich texture. This tapioca flour is a must-have baking and cooking in so many ways.

Great pantry staple!
I primarily use this to thicken the gravy for my Swedish chickballs (Swedish meatballs made with chickpeas instead of meat). It works perfectly! I've also been experimenting with some gluten-free baking and making things like Brazilian Cheese Buns. I'm totally loving how everything has turned out. This is a super high quality product that should be in everyone's pantry!

Versatile
A product that I don't have on hand all the time, but after trying it, it's going to be a stable pantry item! There are SO many delicious things you can make with them, like kuit bangkit, which is a coconut tapioca cookie.
