Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the production of energy from fats and proteins. Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells. In addition, adequate intake of Vitamin B-12, along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B-6, is critical for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, thereby supporting a healthy cardiovascular system. While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy). Therefore, supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for strict vegetarians.

Okay but not my favorite

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The pill is easy to chew with fake fruity taste. I tried these pills because I have difficulty swallowing pills. While this formulation is not bad, I prefer to continue to use the type of pill that you allow to disolve under your tongue. People with swallowing issues might be attracted to these pills.

Great chewable vitamins

The chewable tablets are really easy to chew and the definitely didn't mind the taste of them either. They weren't too sweet, or chalky like some vitamins. Will definitely be repurchasing, and it'll be a score if I can get them on sale!

Trusted product for my daily B12

Easy to take

Good chewables

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These vitamin B12 lozenges are simple to take every day and actually taste pleasant. From what I’ve learned, the sublingual tablets are considered one of the most effective forms of B12. The 1000 mcg dose has made a noticeable difference in how I feel—I have more energy now, and I’d say they’re definitely worth giving a try.

A lot of goodness in a tiny bottle!

Pills can such a hassle to swallow, so I’m very pleased that these tablets are tiny, about the size of a third of a penny, and are chewable too which is a major selling point. This really allows me to get my supplemental Vitamin B-12 easily and without a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised at the good fruit punch flavor too, as I was expecting a powdery, chalky flavor. I do feel like the label can more prominently display the flavor, but this is a very minor grievance. The label also mentions it is vegetarian/vegan which I’m certain would be appealing to many people. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for Vitamin B-12.

Energy Boosting Supplement

I found this supplement interesting as it combined folic acid, which I am getting in other supplements. This product tastes good and dissolves quickly or I can chew on it. The great thing is I do not need to take it with water and I do feel more energy during the day.
