Fewer pills mean less to swallow!

I need 10,000 IUs of Vit D per day and have been swallowing two pills a day to fulfill that requirement for a long time. I've been using the 5,000 IU from NOW foods for years with great success. Now I only have to use one pill to fulfill my needs. Much easier.

Every 3 days
