Lost shine

Beautiful bracelet but lost shine. It became dull after minimal use despite using it carefully. Had kept it safe from water, perfumes, hand sanitize

Broke

I loved the braclet but it broke the second time I wore it.

This bracelet broke and fell off my arm the 2nd time I wore it. I am 5 days outside of my return window so I am stuck with it unless I want to waste time calling customer service. Macy's return windows have become much too short and will probably cost them sales. I know I'll be more hesitant to buy higher ticket items because of it.
