Pick up of order 4581649327 of petite small cardi

I received a text and an email message to pick up my online order which said "bring my gov't. issued I.D. " I brought my drivers license (but I don't have a car and use public transprtation). I arrived at the Pentagon City mall Macy's store location on the late afternoon of March 19, 2025. I went to the customer pick up location in the store. I was then told by the associate atvthe customer service area that I needed to also provide my order #; however, I did not have it with me because I left my cell phone at home. I then asked to speak the associate's manager ( the associate who I had to initially deal with, a Hispanic woman, had a big, big problem with being unable to listen and consistently tried to speak over me and drown out whatever I was saying. A manager eventually appeared and took my I.D. and she and the associate went into the back storage room to look for my shipment but neither of them could locate it. I then decided I wanted to cancel this order.I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK

Cable sweater

This sweater is very pretty. I bought it to take it with me on my trip outside the country. Unfortunately, it's smaller than expected. I wear XS or S so it was returned.
