Adorable jeans until washed!

I am typically a petite 10/12. Due to shrinkage, when ordering any type of denim jeans, I always order a 12. These jeans were so cute that I couldn’t resist. However, they must have shrank about two sizes after being washed in cold water and dried on a Perma Press setting on the dryer. They are now too tight and too short to wear. A complete waste of $. Adorable until washed!
