Not the same quality

Bought this skirt in white and it was great material and was lined. This year i bought the black one and its not lined (semi see through) extremely lightweight and fabric its shiny. Using it as swimsuit cover

Where is the Liner?

My skirt arrived but I doubt I will keep it. It is supposed to be lined. It is not. And the material is so thin it needs a liner. Wow, even the material list states it's lined.
