It’s so cute and has a great feel

I got the black top size small usually I take a medium but it wasn’t available so I tried my luck with the small and its doable . ’ll be wearing for holidays with black velvet bell bottoms I got at target. Looks fantastic! The ruching is adjustable so you don’t have to show skin if you don’t want too especially if you pair with higher waisted pants. The shirt has a stretch to it and the sleeves are puffy in a good way - great fit I would order your regular size. I’m very happy with my purchase and used door dash for same day delivery. Just added enough to get free shipping and the door dash was only 5 bucks - worth it!
