I returned the top!

I bought the blue color blouse and I really loved the design and the vibrant color. The top fit good, but the sleeves just hung on my arms, and the blouse was a neck tie, itself did nothing. They should have made it into a pulled-over with ruffles in the front. It would look feminine and compliment the lady in each of US!

picture is better...

I loved the picture but not the actual blouse. Material is not soft, although very thin. the print almost looks pink but is more red and just not pretty or delicate as, in my opinion, in the picture. I washed it on cold delicate and hung to dry. It actually seems smaller than when I tried it on before washing. Definitely would return if permitted. Not the quality you would expect from Macy's.
