Where is my SWEATER

I’m still waiting on my sweater. I ordered it on December 2, it stated it would be 3 to 5 days delivery. Then I get an update that stated it will be delivered on 12/15. Another update stated delivery 12/13. I’m still waiting today is 12/15? It’s hard to get a real person on their customer service line, so I filed a complaint that will take anywhere from 12 to 15 days before I get a response? COME ON MACY, get your stuff together?????

This is a cool sweater and the cape affect is what makes it cool They state the color is OLIVE but it’s BROWN which is what I wanted !!!
