little or no elastic in top

Pants were very pretty, but after trying on the top was just too loose, not enough elastic in top and drawstrings do not work. Sad.

Bought in small and they fit perfect. I am 5’5” 136 lbs waist size 31 cm for reference. Very comfy waistband and love the wide leg. Material is cotton which is what I was looking for.
