Minus one star for the hole

The cardigan itself is very nice — it looks great and has a lovely fluffy texture. Unfortunately, the shoulder seam was poorly made, which caused a hole to form. I was a bit disappointed about that.

Came with cheap perfume smell

I knew the smell.It came on several other orders from Macy’s.On one (a “buy again”),I noticed the same smell which was not on the original item…very sensitive to perfume smells.I sent that order back, thinking maybe someone wearing a lot of perfume had tried it before me. The next order, - 2 shirts were a different color than others I had ordered before.Again, the first original shirts did not have a perfume smell.These new shirts also had that smell…had to send something I loved back Later, I rebought one of them hoping it, like the original shirts it would not smell, like maybe from a different store.Same smell and airing out right(for days)and it's better.This sweater I love, a Last Act (no returns) has the smell, aired it out,washed gently, covered in baking soda, washed again, aired out again, after days of working to save it, it’s better, but looks bad, can’t wear.It’s full of pills and hairs.I read stores use perfume to hide odors.Please no more perfume.Sad because I love Macys.

Horrible do not buy

Horrible quality. Not machine washer friendly, will look awful

Neither visually captivating or comfortably soft

I didn’t like the material , not soft at all and the way it looks ,too baggy. Returned it and didn’t want to get a smaller size .
