Perfect skirt for summer

The material is very breathable which makes it perfect for summer. No issues of it being see-through and has an elastic waistband. I am about 5’4 and weigh 140lbs, the small fit me perfectly. Not too tight around my waist and hangs right at my ankles. Highly recommend this skirt!
