bummer blousy

The material was fabulous! The print, the feel, the fullness of the skirt = loved!!! But the top was way too blousy for me. It didn’t work like the picture. The top looked more like puffy lumps on the Michelin Man. I’m 5.1, 115 lbs and ordered xs.
