They sent the wrong color. They sent 2 whites ...I only ordered 1 white & 1 lilac. Now I have to sort this out

unexpected choice

I received this sweater thinking I was receiving a lavender colored sweater. When it arrived I discovered it was a white sweater. There was no indication on the web page that I was not receiving the color shown. Disappointed in the lack of transparency on the part of Macy's fulfillment.

color does not match picture

the picture of this item was a light purple sweater. I bought it on final sale (not returnable) and the sweater they sent is white. this really sycuks.

Great color and soft but boxy fit

I love the lavender color of this sweater, and it is VERY soft. However, the fit in real life is more boxy than it appears on the model. and pretty shapeless I'd also say it runs big; I wear a M in most tops and sweaters, but I bought this in a S and it was loose, albeit not too loose. The sleeves are also long enough for me, even with the cuffs turned up, which I appreciate, as I have long arms for my height. However, I really dislike boxy tops, so I'm returning it. If you don't mind a boxy fit, I'd recommend it for the softness and color, especially on sale.
