Diaster but cute so I may keep it anyway.

Cute skirt but there’s a fake waistband. It’s just the regular skirt material folded over with an elastic band inside! So the “waist band” is super thick and unflattering. Additionally, the elastic band is not even attached to the skirt material, so the material is constantly moving around the elastic on you and you won’t be able to wash it in a machine.
