Sent me an used sweater

Just received my package today. Very upset with Macy’s because they sent me an used sweater. This was not expected. The threads are pulled out, smell of perfume from the previous person still there.

It looks like it’s been worn before

The picture of the sweater looks much better than what I received. The tag had some sticky adhesive that was stuck to the sweater, now I have a fuzzy spot where the tag was and the item looks like it’s been previously worn and washed. The sweater is fuzzy and will get caught on everything. Will return.
