Quality assurance missing

So the lining was sewed inside out and backwards!! It was longer in the front than the actual dress. So obvious! Where is the quality assurance? I’ve never seen anything like this. I ordered the medium initially and it was fine, but just too big. I’m not sure how the small got mailed out? Going back but very disappointed.

Not flattering if you're a short, plus size person

Not flattering at all. Plus, it has an "under dress" like a built-in fully body petticoat which is tight, so that free and flowing look in the picture does not match what it feels like.
