Nice fabric but too short

I had this in a 1x but lost weight then bought in a large. Still great quality fabric, but length is so short stops above my bellybutton. I am 5’7.5”. I feel like it is a Crop which I didn’t want. Disappointing because fabric is very nice and neckline great.
