Reduced my anxiety, improved my sleep!

Lifesaver! I have been taking this magnesium daily for almost 3 years. It has been helping me to lower my cortisol levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and has greatly improved my sleep after years of insomnia. It helped with getting my circadian rhythm in check as well.
