Disappointed

Very difficult to use. Bought two neither sounded a beep after 3 mins which means you have no idea when 21 min treatment is finished. Don't purchase until they fix the problem

It doesn’t work

I bought this for my Trinity+ machine and it doesn’t work. I have attached a photo for your reference also, I have a video. I would like full refund.

Nice attachment but can't connect to app

Wish I got to use it. Had to return my Trinity Device, pay for shipping and insurance and now waiting for at least 15 days to check the device for any consumer damage and then hopefully fix and return so I can use the attachment. My NuFace Trinity +device worked fine and i love it but it never could connect to the app so I wanted to return it while still under warranty. A costly and time consuming process.

Trinity+ and winkle reducer attachment

I had a facial recently and had this as an add on and when I got done I realized I wanted to own one. I absolutely love it, so easy to use, works awesome, and the app is so easy to use and understand. So happy I bought one and love using it !!

TRINITY+ LED Attatchment

I very much love this attatchment. I relax when I use this. It calms me and is warming on the skin. I find that my skin glows the following morning after using it at night. A wonderful treatment! I also find that I sleep better at night after using the LED device. Thank you NuFace for such a wonderful product.

Minimal results

After several weeks of using the Trinity+ as suggested, I really haven't seen any trype of dramatic results I thought I would see. I even used it almost every day. The only thing I will say is that it did diminish the dark circles under my eyes. I was using Thomas Roth under eye patches at the same time also, but I believe the Trinity+ plus the red light therapy were ultimately responsible for the improvement.

NuFACE caused broken capillaries on my face

I’ve been using NuFACE for 3 months, and I started noticing broken blood vessels on my face in all areas where i applied the device. I’m super disappointed because there was no warning of this occurrence in the instruction and now I have permanent damage to my face.
