I've been a regular customer of RUGS USA and have purchased rugs for various projects in the past. The color of this rug matches the photos, but the pile is far too short and doesn't look good in the space. It feels and looks cheaper than expected, which is disappointing.This is the first time a product from this portal hasn't met my expectations. Given my previous positive experiences, I hope this is an exception, but I'm unsure if I'll buy rugs here again.

Colors lighter than shown online
Colors on rug way lighter than shown online, darker parts are faded looking and lighter parts look almost white. Can barely see the blend variation

Thin and Rough
The rug is much thinner than I expected. While that can be alleviated a bit with a rug pad, the texture of the rug is an issue. It is rough under foot, almost crunchy. It's unfortunate because the pattern is nice, shipping was fast, but the rug feels very hard. Not worth the price.

Great rug, a little iffy on shipping
Really beautiful rug! Takes a while to lay flat, but definitely really love it. I ordered another rug, but haven't yet recieved tracking or an expected ship date, so I am leaving 4 stars.
