Perfect

Very impressed with the rugs, I ordered 2 in different sizes. They arrived within 2 days. They fit perfectly in my 2 bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.

Love the rug - price is high

I have purchased these rugs something like 10 times over the past few years. I have big dogs, so I change them out every 6-ish months (polyurethane rugs are great for cleaning even though they're shag). I shop online for them. Rugs USA didn't have the best price, unfortunately, but they did have it in stock when I needed it, so I was willing to pay more money to get it. It also came folded into a box which is not good for a large rug as it needs to reshape on the floor. I would have preferred it to arrive in a roll. Overall, I'm happy with the experience with Rugs USA. It arrived on time and I got what I needed.

Feels fake, not soft, not worth it

The package came and it is MUCH thinner than the pictures online. The strands are the width of a spaghetti noodle and it's very thin. Feels incredibly fake, not soft. Save your money and pick something else. Also the color is white, not beige.

Exceeded my expectations!

I was a bit leery about buying a rug on the internet because the last time I did I ended up with something that looked totally different from what I thought I ordered. I am extremely happy with my rug and it really makes my living room look bigger and more homey. The rug was not heavy to move in from my patio & easy to unwrap & lay down. I ran the vacuum over it to fluff it up, it is very soft and fluffy. I ordered the 6x9 beige, hope this helps!
