Too Narrow even Wide selection

Shoe ordered 12W. Husband could not even get his foot into shoe it was too narrow. Sad was hoping it would fit, looks nice too. Had to return all the 12W shoes ordered at Macy’s.

Big and tall customer needing more cushion support

Being big and tall with weight issues I found the wide shoe to have the ability to stretch because it was leather. However the shoe narrows to the toe and the cushion in the sole is not enough support to my foot. My plantar fasciitis started to reappear which prompted me to return the product. My intent was to buy a walking shoe. I still appreciated the look and style but for practical reasons it wasn't for me.

As comfortable as any other dress shoe

Stylish, but not very comfortable, fits like a dress shoe not a sneaker, so you get sneaker looks with dress shoe comfort. not really what the style is all about.
