Frustrating

I ordered the shoes on 02/14/2025. I never received the shoes. After several calls to customer service, I was advised on 03/01/2025 that the shoes amount will get credited back to the credit card in 3-5 business days. Frustrating!

This boot looks like plastic. So disappointed that Macy's would sale this. Was going to return but was needed immediately. Will never purchase this brand again.

Poor fit. Lack of support, When I ordered the product in a C width, I expected a more snug fit than the usual D width would provide, but was disappointed to find just the opposite.
