The Nunn Bush shoes are known to me. However, I never purchased the Plain Toe model before. I write this based on the second purchase and the abnormal surprise. The first was purchased urgently on the run with little consideration. I was invited to a casual event, and my sneakers were not presentable. Since my recent retirement, I boxed all my dress shoes at our winter location (I am now in Miami South Beach. The blue jeans and plain yellow long-sleeved shirt worked perfectly with the brown Nunn Bush shoes. I do my best to buy wide #10 if possible. If not a #10,5 normal will also do the job. It will take me 2 to 3 wearings (~ 4hrs) before I can comfortably enjoy any normal new shoes (costly shoes not the case). After the critical and busy event, I was impressed. Later in the week, I ordered the second set (black), because the style fits most of my current dress requirements. The first set was purchased at our neighborhood markdown superstore for the same amount Macy's had the second set on sale. However, I will buy one for the normal listed price next time. The special insole seemed to do the trick.

Great Shoe
Well made shoe, needs a little break in time however.
