canvas Oxford shoe

Hi. I purchased this shoe for my son, unfortunately it is smaller then the actual size and had to order a bigger size. Hope it will fit and can wear it when he needs it.

Ordered 9 1/2 Wide. Received shoes marked 9 1/2 Wide but these shoes are not wide. I wore them outside for the day and my feet hurt. I can’t use them. Pretty disappointing.

Looks Are Better than Quality and Feel

Online, the Nunn Bush Otto Canvas Plain Toe Oxford is on par with current trends - it looks stylish for a casual dress shoe. It also purports to have a more cushioned ride than similar shoes. At home, I was disappointed with the quality and fee. The canvas feels rigid and thin, almost like cardboard, the shoelaces were too sporty for the shoe and the material did not feel sturdy enough. The supposed cushioning was a little thin. All in all, at its price point, perhaps this level of build is where the consumer can expect it to perform, and where the manufacturer meets its supply and demand. I returned the shoe.
