LEAKS!

I bought this about 3-4 months ago and loved it in the beginning! Being able to make both kcups and a whole pot of coffee was exactly what we wanted. Now after every use there is a puddle of water underneath the coffee maker and all over my counters.. less than impressed.

Coffee pot is terrible.

Nutribullet has excellent customer service, but their coffee pot is junk! Great idea, but always starts leaking! This is the second coffee pot I have gotten. Will never buy the coffee pots again!

Piece of junk!

Bought it as a Christmas present and thought it would be the best of both worlds....it's not. Steams all over the place getting everything soaking wet when you use the single pod method. The carafe drips down the front of itself when you pour the coffee out and the last pot we made, the water didn't even fill the whole basket of grounds so the coffee came out extremely weak. I've only had it 3 months and am regretting it big time. I tried to get my money back through the company (still have the receipt and box) but they only want to replace it with a new one. I'd literally rather lose the money than get another one. It's terrible.

Faulty from go

Never worked as advertised, it required that it be unplugged every single time I wanted to make a cup of coffee. Clearly a problem with the unit that many other have experienced reading the reviews. Sent a replacement blender, because this machine is out of stock and the blender malfunctioned after 1 use. SMH…

Never Worked Properly

Unit never worked properly right out of the box. Never recognized the correct basket insert, had to be unplugged every time in order to start brewing. Made a decent tasting cup or pot but never worked properly and company had no stock to replace, likely because they are all bad. Elected to have a replacement blender sent instead of cutting cord and waiting for them to be restocked at an unknown date in the future. Replacement blender arrived and malfunctioned after 1 use. I’d like to say we’d willingly purchase another but at this point, I have no faith in their products.

Reason for the 3 stars

Overall I am very pleased with the coffee maker. Only thing I did not receive the scoop or reusable pod in my purchase. Also how do you turn the coffee maker off? When I leave for work I would like to make sure this is off, do not want a fire in my home

Doesn't work properly

I bought this two days ago and I do not like it. Every time I want to start brewing, I have to unplug it or it won't work. Then when I pour a cup from the pot, it leaks.

I bought my 2 days ago it easy the only down side is that I have to unplug it everything I make a new cup or pot so that say I also have reset the time on it also
