Excellent build quality. We used it almost every day and is easy to clean makes amazing smoothies. A bit louder than expected but not too loud. We absolutely love the gold finish.

Bad product with poor customer srevice!

Bought this model to replace the 900 that I had for years. Only used approx 18 times and it died, So therefore, 12 1/2 months it died and they said that it was no longer under warranty, So guess what, I am out of luck! Will not be wasting my money on another one!!

Don't buy if you need to actually BLEND!

It doesn't actually blend cold items! My bananas stay in chunks, along with entire ice cubes.
