Great product but cup cracked on first use

Overall, a great product that performs exactly as advertised. I was torn between the Ninja and the Nutribullet, and I’m glad I went with this one—it blends beautifully and handles everything I throw at it. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the cup cracked and chipped on first use, which was disappointing. I’m not sure what caused it, as I followed all the instructions carefully. Aside from that issue, it’s a solid choice and does the job well.

Motor Base Won't Unlock

Unable to release the Rapid Extractor Blade from the Motor Base. There's a notable design flaw: The counterclockwise turn of the Rapid Extractor Blade to remove from the Motor Base is the same as releasing it from the cup. Therefore, when the Rapid Extractor Blade fails to unlock and release from the Motor Base, the counterclockwise turn of the cup causes it to release from the Rapid Extractor Blade, spilling the contents onto the Motor Base.

Very happy

Very happy so far with the Nutribullet. It arrived promptly and my son has been using it for smoothies and shakes due to recently being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. He is very happy as it gives him the opportunity to eat fruit without all the lumps. It seems to work very well and definitely makes very smooth liquids.

Fantastic!

I'm obsessed with this Nutribullet Ultra! It's perfect for smoothies, shakes, sauces, soups, etc. It's easy to clean and comes with 3 cups so we aren't constantly having to wash them. Very please!
