Almost perfect

Works great, only concern is the longevity of the touch controls, no real buttons. More likely to fail and become unusable after a couple years

Difficult to unscrew

I give this 4 stars because it works wonderfully. However. The wide top makes it very difficult to screw on and off. My hands are not as young as they used to be and a good amount of strength is needed to unscrew the top.

Wonderful upgrade

I loved my original nutribullet with 900 power. But my upgrade to the 1200 was a gamechanger. I love that it has the 2 buttons. I usually start with the lower surge button. Then when I see everything the ingredients are working through, I use the top button which works for a timed period. My smoothies are always done to the same perfect thick consistency. In comparison to the old one where I’m guessing when things are fully blended. It’s great that the container is locked in place and you don’t have to hold it there. You can walk away and let it run its cycle and the suction cup feet keep it set on the counter.

MUCH QUIETER THAN MY OLD NUTRIBULLET. WORKS MUCH FASTER ALSO.. THE LITTLE FOOD PROCESSOR THAT WORKS WITH IT IS AWESOME.

Bad product with poor customer srevice!

Bought this model to replace the 900 that I had for years. Only used approx 18 times and it died, So therefore, 12 1/2 months it died and they said that it was no longer under warranty, So guess what, I am out of luck! Will not be wasting my money on another one!!

Don't buy if you need to actually BLEND!

It doesn't actually blend cold items! My bananas stay in chunks, along with entire ice cubes.
