NY Collection Petite 3/4 Sleeve Two in One Top

I never received this item and had to contact Macy's twice in order to get my $ back. It looked like something I would have liked if I had received it, but I never did.

Not as advertised

Material runs when you wash it. Also, the color is very dull. It looks nothing like the bright color that is displayed when advertised.
