Didn’t receive in time

In all fairness, I didn’t get a chance to try on or wear the blouse. I ordered and it wasn’t received until after I left for a vacation. It’s being returned. I did try to contact Macy’s customer service but was unable to get through to anyone. I ordered on April 3, and it was supposed to be delivered well before I left for vacation. It was delivered late. It would be great if shipment with UPS is not switched to USPS and left to sit in another city waiting to be delivered. I ended up finding a similar blouse elsewhere.
