Not for me

Bought it online. I didn't like the material. Looks cheap after wearing. I'm not too thin, 5 ft and 105 pounds. Doesn't look great on me. Had to return.

flared at the waist

the flared looked made me look heavy / thick in the middle. THe material was nice though.
